Job Responsibilities 

• Understanding business needs and finding innovative solutions to client’s

requirements

• Prepared and design user stories

• Prototype design and develop SRS

• Prepare and develop Process Flow Diagrams, BRD, SRS and other project

related documents

• Communicate with the client regarding the requirement

• Ensure customer’s satisfaction in requirement collection

• Requirement Finalization

• Assist project coordination team and developers regarding client

requirement and facilitate the knowledge transfer

• Proper handover of finalized business requirement to Solution Development

team

• Assess change proposals and define solutions to help the organization

achieve its goals

• Active participation in Project Sprints

• Closely work with PM and Solution Analyst (Tech Lead) for successful

project delivery.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, IT & IS

• Bachelor/Master of Business Administration (BBA) in MIS

Experience Requirements:

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT, IS, ERP,

Software Development, Product Life Cycle

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Software Company, IT Company

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and

English

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Analytical mindset

• Exceptional interpersonal skills
